Now I don't quite understand this part.
Under what grounds are the PPO granted to Ivy ?
Don't tell me the court Any ole how grant to anyone. This is a
serious accusation.
Something must have happened, that allows Ivy to be able to obtain
it.
To get a PPO, ( copied from internet)
c) In case there has been assault by the spouse, to produce:
i) Photocopies of police reports of assault by spouse, if
any. If you do not have the report. please supply the
Bureau with the date of report and the Police Station/
NPP where report was made.
ii) Hospital /patient appointment cards/receipts to show
the dates on which you sought medical treatment
And, why would Ivy need to raid her own flat ?
Could it be that, Adrian LOCKED the flat and make it inaccessible
to IVY ?
Is this raid done before or after the divorce ?
Also, if Adrian claims to not know about Ivy's Thalasemia
condition.
That means he has not been paying for her treatment ?
C'mon, I believe the blood transfusion, treatment and medications
cannot be cheap. And this is a life long condition that needs to be
treated and managed.
So, then can Ivy also claim from Adrian part of the treatment cost
since Adrian hasn't been responsible for that at all ?
The way I see it, Adrian is not as victimized as he claims to
be.
Now, if you want to fight for more equitable men's rights.
You are not gonna get very much support with this story.
Reply ....
Ivy and her mum were granted interim EO and Adrian was also granted
the same kind of EO against both of them but why at FSC the police
only listened to their stories and arrested Adrian only.At the
police station at ang mo kio Adrian then recalled he had a letter
from Tanglin Police after he reported to his MP that her wife9in
the midst of divorce) raided tha flat on 2 consecutive sundays just
to collect a packet of AA battery and a packet of unused condoms so
as to make it embarrassing for Adrian to carry on his work at his
home. The raids were accompanied by a few policemen and Ivy would
purposefully curse and swear to create a lot of commotion,a
technique her mumtaught her probably...that's how her mum harassed
her husband previously and he later died a sorrowful man at a
nursing home, without a chance to see his sons and 2 daughters(1 of
them is Ivy).
Pre-uupital contracts are not enforceable in s;pore as again it was
the Women's Charter that supersedes it unlike the West,pre-marriage
could be enforced.
Marriage is a gamble...even a seemingly couple married for
>20years could also end in divorce and nowadays is common to see
a rising trend among the >6000 divorces.
Eaise said the done..Jojo..exercise judgement in selecting
spouse..love is blind..things,people's emotions and circumstances
change.
